My doctor said to add D3 supplements to my vitamin ritual. These are great. It's hard to find a high quality vitamin supplement with this much vitamin D3 in each capsule. I love not having to swallow so many to get the amount I need. My doctor said it had raised my level up to where it needed to be.

I was so happy to see the Natural Living products on Amazon as I have been using them for years and this is just one more convenience for me. Since I have been taking the Vitamin D3 my annual test results for vitamin D have been excellent.

I have been taking this for almost 2 years and find that it works much better than the "happy light" that we spent a substantial amount of money on (we bought it when they first came out). My vit D levels in blood test come out right in the middle of the range.
I have been buying the Vitamin D3 5000IU from Natural Living for my family for a few years. A few months ago when they said that they would be upping the IUs to 8000 I was very excited knowing that it is not only completely safe but still so very far from the maximum amount of recommended IUs one can take in a day. The Vitamin D3 is great for so many different things. It is necessary for the absorption of calcium. It works as a very effective anti-inflammatory. Progest 50 (the other name for Natural Living) has always met there delivery dates and has provided pure and healthy supplements to me.
By the way, this is a ONE A DAY pill. It is a fat soluble vitamin so you dont have to take it every few hours like water-soluble vitamins (i.e. Vitamin C). The pill is a small capsule that is easy to swallow. There is no bad aftertaste to worry about. I keep these right in my pantry. You dont have to refrigerate them. These are probably some of the best most pure supplements you can get on the market in my honest opinion.
Natural Living has great products. The thyroid test is amazing it really helped me solidify that I indeed had a problem even though my blood tests came back within range. I had almost every symptom. I have been taking D3 5000 for awhile now and now the daily dosage has been raised to 8000 IU.
It is just as good as the name brand but cheaper. Which also makes this the better purchase. I recommend.
